These links will take you to the primary menu options of foods that my family eats. I did add a few that are popular that I am not as familiar with, but I will note that.

I started by following the recipe but then tweaking it to suit our tastes. After a few experiments, I usually find a good solid winner that goes into our rotation. Because I prefer simple, familiar foods, I am happy with the variety of options I have and am not very adventurous with trying new recipes. I share a kitchen with two other family members who also cook and because they like more variety (and spice) than me, they like to try new recipes. I will try them, but I also like having “my” food as a back up.

Attending WFPB potlucks is a good way to try without having to do the work or waste time and money. Having friends or joining online communities is a really good way to get recommendations and shortcut the learning/tweaking process.

Above all, have FUN on your journey of finding foods you like!
